Paromita is into creative Productions and execution of Web series, Shorts, Branded content and concept selling. She is the founder director and creative producer at Creative Play Pvt Ltd - a creative agency and production house.

Work Highlights:

1. Creative director of short film NOW YOU LISTEN selected as an official entry for the 91st Academy awards.
2. Co-produced a short film I ME MYSELF, winner of Berlin Film Festival 2017 and Cannes nominated 2017.
3. Honoured with 7 Promax World Gold awards and 3 New York Festival awards for work in Branded content and promotions.

Alongwith Films, Television and OTT, she also has a keen interest in coaching for Career and Mental Health topics - Building careers in writing, Dealing with failures in Life, Coping with Mental Stress, Goal Setting and many more.... She also loves to travel and cook when she is away from her work!
